Metro Industrial Areas Foundation (Metro IAF) seeks an inaugural Development Director to lead 1) the expansion of its fundraising program (foundation grants, HNW individual donors, etc.); and 2) the capitalization of a $30+ million social investment fund to finance affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization projects sponsored by Metro IAF’s broad-based citizens’ organization affiliates.
