Equality Florida is the largest civil rights organization dedicated to securing full equality for the state’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) community. Building on previous grants from Progressive Multiplier, they are investing their current grant into relaunching their online store, which will allow them to build a pipeline for small dollar revenue.
Equality Florida collaborates with a highly experienced merchandise consultant to audit, redesign, optimize, and relaunch their online store. Their plan also includes pop-up retail store extensions at community events across the state. This will not only grow small-dollar revenue but also increase the visibility of Equality Florida’s brand and support for the LGBTQ community.
Through education, grassroots organizing, coalition building, and lobbying, Equality Florida is changing Florida so that no one suffers harassment or discrimination based on their sexual orientation or gender identity, or expression.
