PEACH Concerned Citizens: Individual Giving Program

PEACH Concerned Citizens works in Georgia to reach all ethnic groups to discuss issues, inform, and create a climate so everyone understands the importance of voting, emphasizing Crawford, Macon, Peach, and Taylor counties. With a grant from Progressive Multiplier, they engaged Atlas Center for Nonprofits to help build an infrastructure for a digital individual giving program.

Support from Atlas includes systems and tools that can be augmented and used to build subsequent fundraising programs, such as small business and corporate giving programs. Atlas also helped Peach to identify and implement a donor database and develop a fundraising plan using small events and email solicitations. Together, they built a steering committee that will support the development of an individual giving program by soliciting prospects.

Peach plans to conduct at least two monthly community events to engage with approximately 40 people and collect emails/contact information from 15 attendees who will later receive a solicitation.

This project is in progress; final results will be shared in a case study later.

Peach Concerned Citizens works in Georgia to reach all ethnic groups to discuss issues, inform and create a climate so everyone understands the importance of voting. They strive to increase voter turnout by 15% over each previous election, starting in 2018, and achieve a 90% Census response.
